Terms And Conditions - Euro Active Sports

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases or use of services via the Euro Active Sports Internet site (hereinafter referred to as EAS or the Internet site).

The online product and service offers are only valid as long as they are visible on the Internet Site and as long as stocks last. The images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are absolutely non-binding.

EAS declines all responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in connection with the illustrations, diagrams, explanations, etc. mentioned in the catalogues or leaflets referred to.

The prices shown on the Internet site are exclusively in Swiss francs. Shipping costs are not included. These will be charged separately. Payment for all orders is accepted in Swiss francs only.

EAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the prices valid on the order date and indicated on the order confirmation shall always apply to the products ordered by customers.

An order shall not become final until it has been accepted by EAS.

By placing an order, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions in full and without limitation, to the exclusion of any terms or conditions otherwise existing. In particular, the terms and conditions of sale otherwise applicable in the shop are not applicable to online orders placed via the Internet Site.

EAS reserves the right to refuse any order placed by a Customer.

Shipping is exclusively to the indicated countries Switzerland and Liechtenstein and EU. Shipping charges by post are free of charge. If everything is returned, CHF 10.00 will be charged. Separate conditions apply for the EU.

LOW QUANTITY SURCHARGE
The minimum quantity surcharge - what is it?

For orders up to a value of CHF 100, we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 7.00 for certain product categories. Thanks to the small quantity surcharge, our customers benefit from lower prices for small products.

How does this work and why and when do I benefit as a customer?

Customers usually buy several specially priced items at once or purchase them together with a more expensive product. Fewer internal costs are incurred for the execution of such orders, as the proportional processing effort decreases with an increasing number of products in the same order compared to an individual order of the products.
It was therefore decided to reduce the price of the products in question. At the same time, however, a minimum quantity surcharge had to be introduced for orders up to 100 Swiss francs. This is because the processing costs for these low-priced products are disproportionately high.

It is therefore worthwhile to buy these products several times or together with other products.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, all products, services and benefits are payable by cash in advance, Paypal, Twint or the following credit cards: EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Postcard.

All payment transactions are processed in the secure zone.

The data stored by EAS shall be considered as proof of all transactions that have taken place between EAS and its Customers.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

General provisions on returns.

Goods must be returned to us within thirty (30) days of receipt in the original packaging and labels, quoting the invoice number and reason for return. Excluded are items from the category "Top Promotions".

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned goods are not hygienically perfect, or are incomplete, damaged or soiled. If the purchaser provides us with evidence of defects in delivered goods, we will either remedy the defect or provide a replacement within a reasonable period of time. If we do not succeed in doing so, he has the right to cancel the contract or reduce the purchase price.

The shipping costs in the event of a return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.

For the purpose of order processing, EAS stores your personal data to the extent permitted by law. EAS reserves the right to use this data to verify postal accuracy or for credit checks. EAS stores your data exclusively for order processing and for advertising purposes within EAS. No data will be transmitted to and stored by third parties, except for the payment service providers necessary for validation.

PROVISION TERMINATING THE CONTRACT

In the event that the Customer fails to fulfil any of his obligations, or fails to fulfil them in full or in part, or fails to meet a payment deadline, EAS reserves the right to either demand immediate payment of all outstanding amounts of whatever nature, to suspend all deliveries or to dissolve the current contract.

APPLICABLE LAW / DISPUTES

This contract shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.

These general terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted when goods are ordered by the customer. Any amendments or additions to the general terms and conditions shall be made exclusively by us. They must be made in writing.
